Taylor Swift?s relationship to Conor Kennedy isn?t getting the nod of approval from Victoria Gifford Kennedy as she has come out and said that the country superstar crashed her daughter?s wedding.
Victoria, the mother of the bride, spoke to Boston Herald insisting that Swift was not invited to the wedding. Conor was invited, but when he never sent back the RSVP she assumed he was not coming.
She tells the Boston Herald, ?They texted me an hour before the wedding and asked if they could come. I responded with a very clear, ?Please do not come.? They came anyway....I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave. It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me.?
Victoria didn?t want Swift to attend her daughter, Kyle, and Liam Kerr?s wedding because she didn?t want the spotlight to defer to the popular singer.
Swift?s personal rep, Paula Erikson, refutes these claims, saying, ?There is no truth to that?Taylor was invited to the wedding and the bride thanked her profusely for being there.?
The new couple have made headlines over the weekend steaming up every spot they attend showing off some very public PDA from splashing in the water to eating pizza.
