Over the years many people have written or called and asked me how to go about building a business online like www.playpiano.com and the other websites I have developed to help folks learn to play the piano. I?ve been at a loss to tell them where to go or who to contact, and I don?t have time myself to instruct others.

Happily, I can now recommend a wonderful couple from Canada ? James & Arlene Martell ? as being the people who can help you the most in getting started in internet marketing. I?ve been around longer than they have, but they have taught me quite a bit about various areas of internet marketing, and they are the most honest, transparent people you can imagine. Arlene is on the phone most of the day answering quetions that students have, and James sends out weekly podcasts which he calls the ?Affiliate Buzz? ? free! And he?s done that for ten years solid. Duane Shinn (that would be me) has good news for you if you want to play the piano. He (me) has little fat hands & stubby little fingers - not at all suited for playing the piano - more suited to making mud pies or some such. I am also fairly uncoordinated with just average musical ability - certainly not a great piano player.
